Temperature: 375°F
Cover With: Teflon sheet or parchment paper
Pre-Press Garment: 7–10 seconds to remove moisture/wrinkles
Press Time: 15–20 seconds
Pressure: Heavy
Final Step: Turn garment inside out and press for another 15 seconds
